Job Description

We are seeking a creative and goal-oriented individual to join our exciting and fast-paced team as a Strategic Brand Growth Manager.

About the Role:

This role will focus on delivering core growth strategies for top-tiered brands on Amazon, including selection, demand generation, catalogue quality, business advice, and availability. The ideal candidate should have experience in forging and building brand relationships, with some understanding of planning product cycles and selling online preferred.

Responsibilities
  1. Building Selection: Support brand participation in Amazon programs and services.
  2. Catalogue Quality: Ensure high-quality content is updated for customer interface on Amazon Detail Pages through perfect Images, Product descriptions, etc.
  3. Business Advice: Provide data-driven insights to drive business growth and improvement.

    The right candidate will be flexible, action-oriented, self-starting, and have strong analytical skills. He/she should be entrepreneurial with the confidence to make independent decisions.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    At least 2+ years of account management, project or program management, or buying experience.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    Experience in financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, marketing, business development, consulting, negotiation, or supply chain.

    The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
