Strategic Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth across institutional investors, including pensions, endowments, insurance, and charitable foundations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and enhance existing partnerships.
- Manage the sales process from initial qualification to closing, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to raise brand awareness and drive business development efforts.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a deep understanding of the institutional investment landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
