At Woods Foster, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Manager to drive sales growth and develop capital strategies.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with 5+ years of sales experience in the alternatives or traditional asset management industry. As a key member of our business development division, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing effective capital strategies to drive sales growth and meet/exceed targets set by the Sales Director.
  • Identifying and cultivating relationships with retail investors and Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) to promote our investment products.
  • Representing us in investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and other networking events to showcase our offerings and build rapport with potential clients.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of 5+ years in sales, preferably within the alternatives or traditional asset management industry.
  • A strong understanding of investment products and financial markets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
