Main Purpose of Job

The Commercial Planning Director is responsible for developing and implementing strategic commercial policies to drive business growth and enhance market positioning for Nutriburst. This role ensures that the right product, in the right pack, for the right occasion, is delivered to the right customer at the right price.

Main Responsibilities / Job Summary

  • Market Analysis:

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.

Analyze customer behavior and preferences to inform brand portfolio pricing strategies.

Strategic Planning:

Develop Pack Price Architecture: the right format, pack, price for the purchase occasion and shopper mission.

Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of these initiatives.

Establish a pay-for-performance business policy and executional mindset.

Owner of the S&OP planning process cycle.

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment on market strategies.

Lead cross-functional projects to implement commercial campaigns and initiatives.

Mix Management:

Identify the optimum SKU and channel segmentation.

Give guidelines to the sales team to develop a disciplined execution plan by account supported by incentives.

Promotional Management:

Establish promotional guidelines aligned with brand and business objectives.

Generate a review and tracking process.
