Main Responsibilities as a Sales Development Representative

  • Identify and generate new leads through effective prospecting.
  • Qualify potential leads to ensure alignment with the business’s products or services.
  • Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for sales representatives or account managers.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system.


Qualifications, Skills, & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in a phone-based selling role.
  • Proven track record of booking demos with potential leads.
  • Previous experience in software sales, SaaS sales, or IT services is desirable.
  • High energy, personable, and driven to achieve results.
  • Motivated by success and financial rewards.
  • Able to commute to Loughton 4 days a week.
