Introduction to the Company


This is an exciting opportunity to join a large family-run business that have over 20 years experience of delivering an excellent service to their customers.


As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working collaboratively in the Customer Service team to build strong relationships and ensure all customer requirements are dealt with efficiently.

Description of the role:


  • Managing and resolving customer enquiries, taking ownership from start to finish.
  • Recording customer information accurately onto the system.
  • Liaising with customers via both phone and email.
  • Building strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Processing orders.
  • Root cause analysis of common issues and anomalies.
  • Dealing with customer complaints.


About you:


  • Experience of working within a Customer Service role being able to build strong relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills being able to investigate anomalies and issues.
  • IT literate including Word & Excel.
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers via phone and email.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills when dealing with customer accounts.
