About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our Surveyor booking team at our National Operations Centre. As a key member of our team, you will provide a telephone-based booking service for our clients who have instructed us to conduct residential surveys in relation to mortgage valuations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Booking appointments for our Surveyors to conduct property valuations/surveys to assist clients with their potential mortgage application or property purchase.
  • Delivering a proactive, professional, and productive service.
  • Ensuring that you are always delivering service excellence.
  • Ability to overcome customer's objections to ensure that service levels are maintained for our clients.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organised and ability to work at pace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
