A unique opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Commercial Planning and Strategy Director to join our client’s dynamic project team in Saudi Arabia.


We are seeking a strategic leader to spearhead the development and execution of commercial strategies that will drive significant revenue growth and enhance profitability for the airport. As a key member of the Senior Commercial Leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the airport’s commercial operations.


Summary of responsibilities:

  • Develop commercial strategies for airport growth
  • Lead KPI development for Commercial Division
  • Oversee data analysis for strategic decision-making
  • Lead performance analysis and reporting
  • Manage commercial tendering and contracting
  • Collaborate on commercial finance with Airport Authority
  • Provide regular reports to key stakeholders
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manage commercial budget and financial targets
  • Lead and motivate a team of commercial professionals


Experience required:

  • 15+ years of airport commercial experience in a large airport
  • Proven track record in developing commercial strategies
  • Extensive experience leading and managing commercial teams
  • Deep understanding of airport commercial operations
  • Expert proficiency in data analysis and commercial intelligence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities


Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or similar fields. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is highly advantageous.
