Role Overview:

As a Resource Manager, you will:

  • Partner with 150 Consultants: Collaborate with Netherlands-based delivery and other countries across EMEA and sales experts, from analysts to senior client partners.
  • Work with Industry Leaders: Team up with senior leaders to drive large-scale sales propositions and workforce planning.
  • Optimize Talent Utilization: Ensure the right people with the right skills are available when needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Planning: Develop and manage capacity plans based on business trends, pipeline, and growth projections. Perform financial and business analytics as needed.
  • Hold regular forecast review meetings with leaders.
  • Collaborate with RM colleagues to match demand with capacity, especially for high-priority engagements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong partnerships with country, consulting, and team leaders to integrate resourcing practices into sales and delivery processes.
  • Partner with solution and market leaders to optimize regional talent pools.
  • Stay updated on organizational changes and workforce trends.
  • Resourcing: Understand and manage your talent pool's skills, interests, and potential training needs.
  • Evaluate staffing needs and determine the best solutions, balancing contractor vs. FTE trade-offs.
  • Manage client expectations through effective communication.
  • Use TalentFinder for all resourcing requests and ensure data accuracy.
  • Onboard new consultants and maintain ongoing feedback loops for continuous improvement.
  • Business Insight: Apply your knowledge of professional services and consulting operations.
  • Review and monitor reports on utilization, pipeline, and solution-specific data.
  • Understand client needs and demonstrate commercial awareness in reporting and insights.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Relevant bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5-7+ years in resource management or related field.
  • Skills: High level of professionalism, strong communication, diplomacy, influencing, negotiation, and conflict-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects and work effectively under pressure.
  • Capability to work across different geographies and cultures.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
