We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to help drive our continued growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities within our core markets of industrial, manufacturing, and professional services organisations.


Overall Purpose of the Role

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for actively promoting our creative capabilities of branding, design, web development, photography and video, to attract and secure new clients. Your ability to understand and articulate Jask’s creative approach will be key in creating compelling pitches and proposals. By fostering strong relationships with potential clients, you'll help expand our portfolio of world-class brands and contribute to our mission of delivering effective results for clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within our key sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business challenges and how Jask’s creative solutions can help.
  • Craft and deliver engaging pitches and proposals that showcase Jask’s capabilities and industry expertise.
  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of potential clients through all stages of the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system (Hubspot), using data to inform outreach strategies and sales forecasting.
  • Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with our internal teams, including our creative team, developers and account managers to ensure client needs are met.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to position Jask Creative as a forward-thinking agency.
  • Identify cross-selling and broader sales opportunities to contribute to the agency’s overall growth strategy.


Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager with the following attributes:

  1. Proven experience in business development, preferably within a creative, marketing, web, or advertising agency.
  2. Understanding of the B2B and professional services sectors.
  3. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to understand and articulate creative marketing concepts and how they can address client needs.
  5. Commercial acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  6. Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
  7. A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  8. Adaptability and resilience in a competitive marketplace.


The ideal candidate for this role will bring a passion for creative services, a keen eye for visual storytelling, and a proven track record in business development. You'll have the ability to bridge the gap between creative concepts and commercial success, leveraging your industry knowledge, network and core selling skills to drive Jask’s growth.
