Senior Administrator/ Office Manager | East Kilbride

A global technologycompany, is seeking an experienced Senior Administrator / Office Manager tojoin our team in East Kilbride. This role offers a dynamic environment, globalexposure, and opportunities for growth.

As the SeniorAdministrator / Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smoothoperations and exceptional service at our UK sites. Your responsibilitiesinclude:

Visitor Management: Greet staff, visitors, and contractors professionally, manage their induction process, and coordinate travel logistics. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with recurring clients, visitors, and contractors. Access Control: Oversee building access systems and employee access cards. Workplace Aesthetics: Maintain a visually appealing reception and lobby area. Purchasing and Logistics: Coordinate site orders for kitchen supplies, stationery, and gifts. Meeting Coordination: Organise staff meetings, minute-taking, and metric updates. Compliance Management: Create and manage ISO and internal audit materials. Employee Engagement: Plan bi-monthly communication meetings, draft promotional material, and manage internal social media. Event Management: Handle employee events, industry gatherings, and external visits. Health and Safety: Fulfil first aid and Fire Marshal duties. Adaptability: Respond effectively to changing priorities.
We are looking forcandidates who possess the following:
Flexibility: Able to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations. Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication abilities. Customer Focus: Passionate about delivering high-level service. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office programs (knowledge of SAP and Concur is advantageous). Professionalism: Polite, punctual, and trustworthy. Proactive Attitude: Takes ownership and demonstrates initiative. Experience: Ideally, you have worked in customer service, front-of-house, office management, or a similar role within a corporate environment.

Inaddition to a competitive hourly rate, you will be paid weekly through anefficient online timesheet process and will also receive expert advice from aHays consultant providing support and guidance throughout the duration of yourcontract. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills and gainhands on experience in a large and busy working environment. You will receivebespoke in-house training and will be closely guided to your success
