**Tender Coordinator - Lanarkshire - Salary: up to £28,000 p/a DOE**

**Are you an experienced Tenders Coordinator looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience working within a Tendering department? Do you enjoy working within a fast paced environment?**

We are looking to speak to experienced Tenders Coordinators for an exciting opportunity for our global client who are leaders in their field in Lanarkshire. For this role you must have experience working with a busy Tendering department, coordinating all documentation and completing all administrative work, assisting the wider team and senior management daily. This is a great opportunity to join a busy team, assisting and coordinating all aspects of the tendering process.

**This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working core business hours Monday-Friday, following a hybrid working model. There is also a competitive salary available up to £28,000 p/a.**

**What is the day to day like?**
- Assisting with the completion and submission of tenders
- Compiling pre-qualification information on behalf of the company
- Providing comprehensive administrative/coordination support to the tendering team
- Supporting the senior management team as required
- Organising and producing reports including bid decisions, tender tracking, pipeline analysis, sales prospects and order forecasting
- Producing, compiling, revising and submitting tenders as well as filing once completed
- Updating the pricing database from received quotes
- Liaising with various departments to ensure all information is kept up to date
- Managing all online portals for external clients
- Operating and utilising inhouse software
- Building key relationships internally and externally
