THE ROLE

As a CRM Business Analyst, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Focusing on looking after the business roadmap
  • Working out what needs to be done by looking at data models, business processes, and customer integrations
  • Defining requirements for the team and supporting with implementations
  • Drawing up processes and handling customer flows
  • Working closely with Product, Salesforce, and Engineering teams
  • Analysis gathering and supporting other platforms across the business

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Prior experience as a Business Analyst
  • Willingness to join a dynamic team and business
  • Experience in Financial Services/Banking is preferred but not necessary
  • Salesforce experience is great but not a must-have
