Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source potential strategic partners, including tech partners, agencies, and advisors.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Engage with partners to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and align them with autone's solutions.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and manage contract processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Represent autone at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and build new partnerships.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on partner insights and market trends.


Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, preferably within the retail tech sector.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong network of contacts within the retail and technology industries.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive partnership plans.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and partnership management tools.
  • A passion for technology and a keen interest in AI and Machine Learning applications.
