Contract position for a senior workplace experience lead to own and manage an outsourced contract running the Facilities Management & Workplace Experience across a large office, overseeing the workplace and facilities operations of two other sites that are running via an FM company and being the forefront of workplace experience strategy.

Crucially you will bring the physical experience of the company culture to life and value the experience of the employees, their ideas and wellbeing. Bringing workplace experience to forefront of what you and the company does is key to the long term success and overall workplace vision, ensuring a brilliant experience each day for colleagues.

You will have the opportunity to own this, run with your ideas and establish and implement something of your own, for a company who leading the way with being carbon neutral and a driving force in building a sustainable future.

You will need to have experience in:

  1. Managing an outsourced contract real estate/FM provider with contractual obligations
  2. Strong understanding of workplace experience and workplace strategy
  3. Strong understanding of facilities management provisions and management of key projects
  4. Be passionate about improving workplace culture


This would largely be Manchester based due to the nature of the role (4 days per week and 1 day at home). Expenses to two other sites would be paid when requiring to visit on an ad-hoc basis.
