The Opportunity:

As the Director of Marketing, New Business, and Sales, you'll lead the charge in shaping the Altair brand, expanding the client base, and driving revenue growth. With recent investments in centralised marketing capabilities and a revamped bid management process, you'll have the tools and support needed to revolutionize Altair’s approach to marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape the Altair brand and position us as a leader in our target markets.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Lead the newly established bid management team to streamline processes and secure key contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights and develop compelling bids and proposals.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on marketing, new business, and sales initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing activities and organizational objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing and bid management teams to achieve excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles within marketing, new business, and sales.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in team development and management.
  • Preferably, knowledge of housing, education, charities, and sports sectors.
