Salary on Probation: 7,000 GBP Per Month

Salary after Probation: 9,000 GBP Per Month

We are seeking an exceptional and results-driven professional to join our team as the Deputy Director of Sales & Marketing. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and commercial success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the executive team to develop the sales strategy and define sales targets, market segments, and product positioning.
- Drive the development and execution of effective sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team. Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to enhance their selling skills and performance.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, motivation, and accountability to achieve sales goals.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data and customer insights to identify growth opportunities, refine marketing strategies, and optimize sales efforts.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness, enhance product visibility, and drive demand generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with key accounts to understand their needs, address concerns, and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement sales performance metrics, tracking systems, and reporting mechanisms.
- Monitor sales activities, analyze performance data, and provide regular reports and insights to the executive team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 6 years in Sales and Marketing roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Experience in a leadership position, driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team towards achieving targets and goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and best practices within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with market dynamics, customer behavior, and emerging trends in the healthcare sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to drive sales growth and market penetration.
- Resilience and ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
- Familiarity with regulations and guidelines governing pharmaceutical sales and marketing activities, including compliance with relevant codes of conduct.
