Job Description

Technology Customer Service Administrator - Initial 12 month contract – Solihull

Paying between 15 - £17 per hour depending on experience, inside IR35 via Umbrella Company)


I am partnering with a Global client who are recruiting for a Technology Customer service Administrator. This role will be an initial 12 month contract with the possibility of extension.


You’ll need a proven track record working within customers Service and Administration, with good knowledge of Salesforce in order to support a system change to PowerBI. You will be tasked with providing support in order to automate the process. Therefore you will need to be skilled in Data Analytics, been involved in projects previously and have a technological mindset.


The role will be based onsite in Solihull for a minimum of 3 days per week.
