Successful and established education organisation based in Shirley, Solihull are recruiting for an Education Services Administrator to join their busy and growing enthusiastic team.My client are committed to helping their members run their businesses andgain relevant qualifications towards their careers.
The role consists of providing the co-ordination and administration for all qualifications. Supporting students from enrolment to completion and for higher education qualifications graduation.
**Day to Day duties**:
Processing student enrolments
Processing exam bookings
Customer Invoicing
Supporting customers via telephone
Printing and Distributing student packs
Supporting the team with ad hoc administration as and when required
**Skills and Knowledge**:
Data management experience and advanced levels of IT literacy
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high standard
Process driven
Good oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Flexibility and determination
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Deliver customer service to best of their ability
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office packages
Good communication skills
