We are on the hunt for a dynamic and dedicated Culture & Engagement Partner to work closely with our Senior Leadership team on strategic initiatives that redefine our operational landscape and drive a culture of innovation, collaboration and inclusivity.

Reporting to the Head of Recruitment & Onboarding you will not only drive change with finesse and foresight, but also ensure the evolving culture continues to support and enhance our performance and strategic objectives.

What will you be doing?

  • Strategic Culture Development: Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to enhance organisational culture, aligning it with strategic goals
  • Employee Engagement & Feedback: Lead initiatives to incorporate employee feedback into business change projects and develop a participatory culture
  • Advocacy of Core Values: Lead and empower our Core Champion Team in promoting and actualising our core values through innovative ideas
  • Wellbeing & Benefit Promotion: Actively communicate and promote employee wellbeing benefits and opportunities for personal and professional growth
  • Storytelling & Documentation: Partner with marketing to share employee success stories and document key organisational updates and milestones
  • Supporting Diversity & Inclusion: Identify and address neurodiversity needs in collaboration with HR, ensuring a supportive work environment
  • Community Engagement & Social Responsibility: Coordinate charity initiatives and encourage staff involvement in community service and social events
  • Career Development: Promote a culture of growth by taking the lead in initiatives including apprenticeships, qualifications and Career Development
  • Operational Efficiency & Employee Support: Gather feedback to improve systems and processes, monitor well-being, and connect staff with supportive resources.
  • Influencing behaviours and mind-set: You will role model what good looks like when it comes to the behaviours and mind-set that underpin our cultural ambitions. You will inspire and influence others to adopt the same and help embed them throughout the business

  • Experienced in a similar role with a proven track record in driving cultural transformation
  • Independent and proactive, capable of identifying opportunities for positive change
  • An agile thinker and flexible in both approach and thinking
  • A strong communicator, with exceptional ability to engage and relate with individuals at all levels
  • Solutions orientated with the ability to be creative and promote a positive change culture
  • Confident in presenting ideas and initiatives, with the ability to captivate an audience
