As an HR Business Partner, you will be undertaking a broad ranging role with a focus on :

* Employee Engagement / experience
* Workforce Planning
* Strategic Recruitment
* Senior HR support to business leaders
* Organisational Design

Candidates

* Chartered Member CIPD
* CIPD Level 7
* Significant experience of HR Business Partnering within complex large scale organisations with unions
* Experience of strategic HR & OD including - Engagement, Org Design, Workforce Planning, Senior Recruitment, Coaching / Advising Senior Leaders.

Offer

* 6 months contract working via Hays time sheets
* PAYE £34 - 41 / Umbrella £39-49 per hour
* Minimum 3 days on site in Bournemouth
