HR Business Partner Role

CMA Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team in Exeter, Devon. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering the HR strategy, with a focus on supporting change and transformation programs across the group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to support business objectives
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to stakeholders, with a commercial perspective
  • Manage employee relations, resourcing, learning and development, reward, and engagement for a specific business unit
  • Collaborate with the Group HR team and stakeholders on various projects at Group level
  • Prepare management reports and budgets
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a HR Business Partner in a generalist role
  • Able to influence stakeholders across the business
  • Ideally from a professional services background
