**Transformation & Culture Partner**

**Salary**: £45,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Bournemouth

We are on the hunt for a dynamic and dedicated Transformation & Culture Partner to work closely with our Senior Leadership team on strategic initiatives that redefine our operational landscape and drive a culture of innovation, collaboration and inclusivity.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Culture & Ethics you will not only drive change with finesse and foresight, but also ensure the evolving culture continues to support and enhance our performance and strategic objectives.

**What will you be doing?**
- Work closely with our Senior Leadership Team to formulate and execute strategic initiatives aimed at transforming business operations, systems and processes
- Ensure changes align with our overall vision mission and strategic objectives
- Lead efforts to identify, plan and implement initiatives needed to promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, diversity and inclusion
- Engage with various stakeholders including Board members, employees and external partners to gain buy in and support for transformation initiative
- Be responsible for the change management process linked to the required transformational changes and cultural shifts; working collaboratively with the Business Change team, where appropriate, to ensure initiatives are successfully implemented and well received
- Support to promote a culture of change, by managing resistance and addressing concerns in a way that harbours collaboration and understanding
- Design and deliver training and development programs that support the transformation agenda and cultural change, to help employees develop the skills and mind-set necessary for a changing environment
- Conduct regular assessments of initiatives to understand their effectiveness and to make necessary adjustments
- Clearly articulate the reasons driving transformation & cultural change, and the benefits that these changes will bring Ensure all transformational change aligns with our regulatory obligations

**We are looking for someone who is**:

- Experienced in a similar role or has a background of Change and/ or Project management with a proven track record
- A proactive self-starter who is capable of independently identifying and pursuing opportunities and can work autonomously
- An agile thinker and flexible in both approach and thinking
- A strong communicator, with exceptional ability to engage and relate with individuals at all levels
- Solutions orientated with the ability to be creative and promote a positive change culture
- Confident in presenting ideas and initiatives, with the ability to captivate an audience
- Structured and organised with the ability to juggle a varied workload and number of different priorities
