Job Description

Knowledge Management Lead for Major Infrastructure Projects

Role Overview:

Are you passionate about driving knowledge management within major infrastructure projects? Join us as a Knowledge Management Lead and support our projects with best practices

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Business Unit Knowledge Management and Learning from Experience strategy.
  • Support Programme Directors in capturing and sharing project learnings.
  • Assure senior leadership that appropriate knowledge management steps are taken.
  • Oversee a 10-15 year portfolio focused on improving Client Site capabilities.
  • Ensure future works are informed by captured learnings, benefiting current and operational teams.
  • Engage with the wider knowledge management community to align and share knowledge.
  • Facilitate workshops, conduct after action reviews, and document findings effectively.

Qualifications:

  • A STEM-related degree or demonstrable experience.
  • Understanding of high-hazard industries (nuclear, construction, rail).
  • ISO9001:2015 Lead Auditor Course (desirable).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and workshop facilitation experience (remote & in-person).
  • Excellent writing skills for effective communication.
  • Experience with Knowledge Management systems and strategies.

Desirable Traits:

  • Passionate about knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to interface effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Keen eye for detail and strategic thinking.

Umbrella contract role but permanent staff considered
