Position Overview

In the role of Senior Cost Management Lead, you will spearhead the Cost Control teams dedicated to Submarine projects, managing budgets, resources, and financial forecasts. This position presents a significant opportunity to influence major submarine initiatives and drive impactful results.

Core Responsibilities

  • Direct the Cost Control Team, ensuring cohesive reporting across various departments
  • Establish and oversee change management protocols
  • Evaluate performance metrics and financial reports to determine necessary corrective actions
  • Deliver resource allocation and financial projection data for ongoing projects

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a related industry
  • Familiarity with diverse contracting approaches
  • In-depth knowledge of cost management principles and earned value methodologies
  • Background in quantitative risk assessment
  • Comprehensive experience throughout the project lifecycle

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Project Management
  • Certification as a Project Planning and Controls Practitioner (Preferred)
  • Project Fundamentals qualification (Preferred)

Security Requirements

The ideal candidate must be capable of obtaining and maintaining Security Check (SC) clearance.
