**Knowledge Management Lead for Major Infrastructure Projects**

**Role Overview**:
Are you passionate about driving knowledge management within major infrastructure projects? Join us as a Knowledge Management Lead and support our projects with best practices

**Responsibilities**:

- Own the Business Unit Knowledge Management and Learning from Experience strategy.
- Support Programme Directors in capturing and sharing project learnings.
- Assure senior leadership that appropriate knowledge management steps are taken. ✔️
- Oversee a 10-15 year portfolio focused on improving Client Site capabilities. ️
- Ensure future works are informed by captured learnings, benefiting current and operational teams.
- Engage with the wider knowledge management community to align and share knowledge.
- Facilitate workshops, conduct after action reviews, and document findings effectively. ️

**Qualifications**:

- A STEM-related degree or demonstrable experience.
- Understanding of high-hazard industries (nuclear, construction, rail). ️️
- ISO9001:2015 Lead Auditor Course (desirable).
- Strong interpersonal skills and workshop facilitation experience (remote & in-person). ️️
- Excellent writing skills for effective communication. ✍️
- Experience with Knowledge Management systems and strategies.

- Passionate about knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Ability to interface effectively with various stakeholders. ️
- Keen eye for detail and strategic thinking. ️
