Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including creating detailed schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.

  3. Design and Construction: Oversee the pre-construction design process, checking design drawings, and value engineering to optimize project outcomes.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the M&E sector, with a strong background in mechanical project management.
  2. Commercial Awareness: Good understanding of commercial principles, including budgeting, cost control, and value engineering.
  3. Technical Skills: Ability to create basic programmes in Asta/MS Projects and possess SMSTS or equivalent certification.
