Role Responsibilities:
• Provide recruitment administration support
• Assist with scheduling interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and interviewers
• Create, send, and retrieve offer letters from new hires in a timely manner
• Monitor pre-employment data, ensuring candidates complete necessary requirements
• Become an expert in the onboarding and HRIS systems
• Initiate the onboarding process and troubleshoot any questions throughout the process
Candidate Requirements:
• Must be fluent in French
• Previous recruitment experience is ideal but not essential
• Must have some previous administration experience
• Ideally looking to kick start a career in recruitment/HR
• Strong IT skills are essential
