We are looking for a talented individual to join our HR team at London Heathrow. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in HR as part of a global organisation.

As the HR Coordinator your role will be to support the HR team across the full employee lifecycle from role offer to leavers. You'll provide customer-focussed support by proactively building relationships internally to deliver an efficient and effective service to our employees.

Note this role is office based.

**Your main responsibilities on a day to day basis will be:

- New starter onboarding which includes offer letter and contracts, pre-employment checks (Criminal Record Check, 5 year referencing and Alcohol and Drugs testing) and creating/participating in a company induction program.
- Maintaining the organisation charts for each site.
- Keeping the HR system up to date which includes adding new starters, leavers, employee details changes, payroll changes and salary uploads.
- Managing monthly payroll submission and dealing with payroll queries.
- Logging all absences on the HR system and spreadsheet, notifying managers of any absence triggers and ensuring the Business Partner is kept up to date of any further escalations to disciplinary.

- Strong administration experience.
- HR Administration experience would be a real advantage.
- Good communication (both written and verbal) and ability to communicate with all levels of the company including Senior Management.
- Ability to multi-task, establish priorities and problem solve.
- Have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
