**Description**:
WFS has an exciting opportunity for a ULD Controller within our Warehouse facility at London Heathrow.
As our ULD Controller you will be responsible for all aspects of managing the ULD’s by coordinating with customers and the Operations team to ensure that there is effective engagement with our customers whilst adhering to all safety and security requirements.

**Your main responsibilities on a day to day basis will be:

- Daily ULD counts and identity checks for our airline customers to their advised schedule
- Monitor inventory, ensure equipment is in its proper location
- Coordinate ULD movements to ensure proper and timely planning
- Build-up of pallet stacks
- Responsibility for the storage and collection of waste (polyethene/scrap wooden pallets) by waste contractors
- Provide security escorts for freighter operations and equipment deliveries and supplies
- Completion of documentation to record details and movements of freight, mail and ULD equipment
- Load, offload and store freight including dangerous goods
**To be successful in this role you will need:

- Flexibility to work on various shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays)
- Forklift licence to level B1 & B2
- Ability to lift heavy goods up to 32kg
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to take responsibility and work under pressure
- Computer literate
