*About the role*

Our Asset Valuation team plays a vital role in ensuring the vehicle data we hold on every vehicle we offer is always accurate and up to date. Working in a friendly and supportive team of four, you’ll be responsible for updating and maintaining our data on makes, models, and vehicle options. You will be the first point of contact for our Internal Sales teams in supporting on customer queries relating to vehicle data relating to quotes. If you’re interested in a career as an analyst, this role could be a great first step.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Loading daily CAP data into the vehicle database
* Updating data about makes, models, and options for vehicles within our vehicle database
* Ensuring the list of live vehicles is correct and up to date
* Uploading servicing, maintenance, and repair costs, as well as residual values, taking care to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data
* Managing the team inbox, responding to queries from across the business
* Exporting ad-hoc reports from the system

This role is for you if you have great attention to detail, enjoy working with data and get a kick out of making sure even the smallest details is correct. You’ll also be comfortable working with Excel, and eager to learn more. Day-to-day you enjoy working in a structured, and organised way, but you also enjoy finding opportunities to improve ways or working to make them more accurate and efficient.
