Salesforce Project Manager / Salesforce Project lead
Our client are a fast growing Salesforce Partner making huge moves within the Salesforce space right now. Although they are a boutique Salesforce Partner, they are continuously gaining large scale, enterprise customers implementing multi cloud solutions for some large house hold names and brands.
As part of the Delivery practice you will be working next to the Head of Delivery within one of the fasting growing partners in the UK right now. This role will very business facing and leading the enterprise projects from end to end and being the go to for the business. Liaising with internal stakeholders and IT Directors to ensure smooth running of the projects being delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the client’s strategic direction and guide them from a Salesforce / CRM perspective.
- Be responsible for the outcomes and deliverables
- Be the POC for the client
- Create and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Define and improve strategies for how to optimise Salesforce and keep both parties and relevant teams informed of progress
- Present back to C-suit on estimations and project progress
- Shape and own project plans and project management and maintaining project discipline
Experience / Skills
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce Programmes / Project end to end
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Understanding and proven experience implementing and using Agile Methodology
- Experience working on Enterprise scale projects across multi-cloud implantations
- Experience working within a Salesforce Consultancy or Salesforce Partner capacity
- Ability to present to stakeholders forecasting and progression plans
