What you will be doing
The incumbent will be responsible for managing all statutory and non-statutory benefits programs/activities throughout Europe, with a specific focus on the implementation and launch of Cycle to Work & Technology benefits.
The successful candidate will lead the process, working with:
- The supplier
- Payroll
- Workday team
- Comms
- Wider People & Culture team
They will also work with the Benefits Director on various projects from time to time and supervise the Benefits Partners’ work to ensure the following tasks are completed:
- Respond to colleague enquiries.
- Validate monthly payroll data for benefits.
- Send required data to the vendors and analyze the incoming data.
- Administer Medical, Life insurance, Pension, and various other country-specific statutory and non-statutory benefits.
- Vendor and Stakeholder management.
- Coordinate with the Finance team for payment, reconciliation, and other required activities.
- Assist in annual enrollment-related activities.
- Seek and implement opportunities for process improvement.
- Work on various kinds of reporting required and ad hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders.
