London, United Kingdom Collective Benefits Full time

We’re on a big mission to enhance the financial resilience of those who earn a living in non-traditional ways. For example, by finding work through the gig economy, flexible staffing agencies or temporary contracts.

This is a demographic that is diverse, hard to reach and underserved. We’re committed to doing better by them.

In this way, everyone working at Collective is part of something larger than themselves - we won’t protect anyone unless we sell things, we can’t meet any real needs without understanding the lived experiences of our members and our support will only be timely if we have a best-in-class digital experience.

We’ve got backing from the people behind Deliveroo, Zoopla and Cazoo, and have been featured in The Economist, TechCrunch and The Times (to name a few). And as we expand operations across the UK and Europe, our mission is gaining momentum.

**A brief overview**:
**What you will do**:

- Improving copy and layout of communication for registration and onboarding sequences.
- Plan, write and send engagement campaigns to our member audience.
- Manage the communications content calendar so partners are kept informed.
- Work with the design team to create content and videos to engage members.
- Keep the partner informed with what content members are receiving and product assets for them to support the promotion.
- Work with the team to build the member community, through avenues such as social media and events.

**Three reasons this role is great**:

- You’ll make a tangible difference - we’re building a business that will provide the benefits and advantages that flexible workers badly need. You’ll be able to help shape and influence our direction as we scale the company even further.
- You’ll be part of a collaborative team - sit within our close-knit marketing team that have an abundance of experience to bounce ideas off, ask for guidance and learn from.
- Our brand is just ramping up - We’ve got ambitious targets, and understand the potential the role can play in meeting them. This is an opportunity for you to show how you can impact revenue targets in a fast-growing business with bold ideas and lots of energy

**Requirements**:
You should join us if:

- You have a passion for all things communication, data segmentation and metrics.
- You enjoy thinking outside the box when it comes to CRM - whether that is channels, segmentation, copy and design changes - are one step ahead of the latest trends
- You are excited when looking into metric performance and are continuously striving for better.
- You value collaboration and are at your best when you’re part of a team.
- You have great attention to detail, high levels of literacy and a can-do attitude.

You will need:

- Proven commercial experience in a CRM Marketing role
- Good copywriting skills with ability to write and push copy out fast.
- Demonstrable experience using a data-driven approach to drive engagement.
- Experience working in a product-driven environment; ideally in a FinTech environment.

**What will you get in return?**
- Employee Equity Options - Share in our success
- Pension Contributions - tiered matching up to 7%.
- Flexible working hours and location, split your time between home and any of our offices in London or Amsterdam.
- Work from abroad - up to 20 days per annum
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Increased holiday allowance scheme up to 35 days plus holidays with tenure.
- Birthday day off, because no-one should have to work on their birthday
- Special days off (Wedding & Moving days - up to 3 days).
1 month paid sabbatical at 5th year of service
- A shiny new laptop (MacBook Air/Pro)
- Personal development budget to help you grow. £500 per annum increasing to £1500 after 3 years.
- Dedicated Learning & Development days - 12 days per annum

- Enhanced Parental Leave, starting (or growing) a family is a major life event, with twists and turns, we know that it’s not straightforward and we’re here to support you
- Celebrate with our team and company socials including summer and festive parties, monthly meets, launch breakfasts and lunches.
- ️‍ Keep healthy with 24/7 GP, Mental Health Support & Gym Discounts
