Job Title

Rural Business Development Manager

About the Role

Quickline is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Rural Business Development Manager in Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in rural areas, developing strong relationships with customers, and promoting our services to the local community.

Your key responsibilities will include meeting with local residents, updating CRM systems, and representing Quickline as an ambassador in our served communities.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in face-to-face field sales roles.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to pass a DBS check and access a fleet car (if applicable).
