The Customer Service Administrator will support US-based clients, requiring commitment to US business hours. (Flexible working policy: 13:30 - 22:30 core hours)

Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Administrator:

- Provide top-tier customer support to US customers, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally.

- Utilise Sage software to manage customer accounts and transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Use Salesforce CRM to document and track customer interactions, manage service requests, and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Handle a variety of customer service tasks, including phone, email, and chat support, addressing both issues and general inquiries.

- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a customer service role.

- Understanding of Sage software and Salesforce CRM.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused attitude.

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
