Events & Marketing Coordinator – Full-Time – Henley on Thames (Hybrid) to £35K+ great benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Coordination

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including product launches, retailer events, and trade shows.
  • Manage event logistics, including setup and teardown.
  • Develop and maintain event timelines to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless event execution.
  • Monitor event budgets and provide post-event analysis and reports.
  • Oversee the management of the events warehouse and assets.

Marketing Support

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and organise marketing assets and resources.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are consistently implemented across all channels and materials.
  • Monitor industry news and report on emerging trends.
  • Create detailed reports with research findings to inform marketing strategies.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, reflecting the brand image and standards.


Person Specification:

Essential:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Event & management / coordination.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by the events schedule.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of budgets and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • UK Driving License

Working Environment:

  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9-5:30, with availability for events on weekends and evenings (time off in lieu provided).
