Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of the planning team helping to organise every detail for corporate meetings and conferences.
  • Liaison with clients by email and telephone as well some in person show rounds and meetings
  • This is a fast paced role which involves managing multiple tasks where you will have a significant impact on the achievement of events sales targets


Experience:

  • This role would really suit someone with experience in event sales, planning and coordination
  • You are confident and able to forge strong working relationships and create genuine connections with colleagues and guests through your excellent communication skills
  • You are confident using IT software - familiarity with Opera software would be beneficial but is not essential as training will be provided
  • Demonstrating a genuine approach, anticipating guest needs and ensuring every detail is considered
