Are you ready to take your hospitality career to the next level? De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is seeking a Meeting and Events Sales Executive for Key Accounts to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a team that turns email enquiries into unforgettable experiences. As a Meeting and Events Sales Executive, you will be responsible for picking up the telephone to key account clients to discuss their enquiries in detail, crafting custom proposals, and converting enquiries into bookings to hand over to our expert planning team.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with hospitality experience on reception or in an operational events team looking to move into an office environment with day-time hours. However, we're open to applicants who have worked in other office environments and are keen to pursue a career in the events industry.

You will be confident and able to forge strong working relationships and create genuine connections with colleagues and guests through your excellent communication skills. You will also be confident using IT software, with familiarity with Opera software being beneficial but not essential as training can be provided.

Most of all, you will share our values such as being graciously warm, demonstrating a genuine approach, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring every detail is considered.
