Our client, a leading organisation in the heart of Southwark, London, is seeking a talented and experienced Retail Facilities Manager to join their dynamic team. With the potential to go permanent, this temp-to-perm opportunity offers great long-term prospects ??

?? As the Retail Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 3 staff members and ensuring the smooth running of the facilities management system. Your key responsibilities will include: ??
? Updating and maintaining the system (don't worry, full training will be provided ?)
?? Supervising and training your team to deliver exceptional results ??
?? Raising quotes for various facilities projects (training provided) ??
?? Arranging permits for accessing shopping centres ??
?? Creating monthly schedules for in-house engineers ??
?? Running reports to keep everyone informed ??
�? To succeed in this role, you will need to have a solid background in retail facilities management and prior experience as a supervisor or manager. �?
