What Impact Will You Make?

As a Talent Partner, you won’t just fill roles - you’ll be transforming how this business attracts, manages, and retains top talent. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  1. Deliver an Unmatched Recruitment Journey: Lead the charge in creating seamless and inspiring end-to-end recruitment experiences. Manage all recruitment channels, from internal and external hires to employee referrals, ensuring every candidate and stakeholder has a world-class experience.
  2. Build Lasting Partnerships: Become a trusted partner for key stakeholders, deeply understanding their needs. Your insight will help guarantee that every new hire is a perfect match for them.
  3. Champion the Brand: Think big and act boldly Design and implement initiatives that elevate the employer brand, raise awareness of the business in the talent market, and attract top-notch talent.
  4. Drive Diversity & Inclusion: Be an advocate for bringing in the best - while staying focused on the business commitment to diversity and inclusion. Play a key role in initiatives that promote a diverse workforce and support a positive, inclusive workplace.
  5. Collaborate with Recruitment Agencies: Work hand-in-hand with the Preferred Supplier List (PSL) agencies to meet specialised hiring needs and secure the best candidates.
  6. Engage and Source Talent: From posting jobs to leveraging job boards, social media, and networking sites, you’ll be proactive in sourcing, screening, and securing top talent.
  7. Elevate Standards Across the Board: Hold others accountable and ensure every hiring process milestone is met. You’ll help create a culture of ownership and commitment across all recruitment activities.
  8. Provide Key Insights: Your contributions will inform critical staffing and recruitment decisions by producing timely, accurate reports and data. This includes overseeing emerging talent recruitment, from plans to assessment centres, delivering on-time and within budget.
  9. Continuously Improve: Never settle Seek opportunities to refine the recruitment practices, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices to keep the business ever competitive.
  10. Take on Strategic Projects: Lead specific recruitment projects, such as apprentice hiring and assessment centre development, bringing your expertise to initiatives that matter.
