Overview of the **Lead Internal Talent Partner:
**We have a fantastic opportunity for a **Lead Internal Talent Partner** to join our clients growing business. The **Lead Internal Talent Partner** will be spent client-side as an embedded partner of the recruitment& talent function. Here, you’ll provide a meaningful, relationship
- driven service, underpinned by robust processes.**
**Acting as a consistent point of contact for the hiring community and HR stakeholders, this role will ultimately take responsibility for the effectiveness of all day-to-day recruitment activity - whether resourced internally or through external 3rd parties.
This position will sit within Talent Acquisition and is very much focused on both building a new talent function within the business, whilst physically doing recruitment (therefore the role will be both operational hands on and strategic to help the talentfunction grow).
**Duties**:

- Managing the entire end-to-end recruitment process
- Advising hiring managers of resourcing and selection strategy
- Accountable for the accuracy of our client CRM/ATS software
- Building relationships and developing the client footprint
- Ensuring compliance with all policies, processes and SLAs
- Engaging in resource-planning meetings with client stakeholders
- Managing the implementation of key resourcing initiatives, projects and campaigns within the scope of the agreed resourcing strategy
