Due to substantial growth within the Client service team a position for an Account Executive has arisen.Your new roleYour new job working as a Commercial Account Executive will be to join an established Client service team who hold an enviable market reputation within their chosen specialty. You will be responsible for looking after a portfolio of some of the largest UK clients within the London division dealing across industry sectors to include; retail, manufacturing, food & beverage, construction Companies. Your role is all encompassing dealing with clients from inception to completion alongside a team of Account Handlers who will assist you on all your accounts. The duties will also include agreeing and implementing a client service plan and annual timetable of visits appropriate to the size and complexity of the client, building commitment, developing relationships and reviewing the overall performance as well as identifying the client's risks management objectives. Other duties will include advising upon changes in perceived risk exposures and identifying and progressing new business leads. What you'll need to succeedYour previous experience of working on complex risks handling larger Commercial business will help contribute to your success in securing this role. You will have excellent knowledge of Property and Casualty Business within the UK market and will be a highly driven and service lead insurance professional with great business acumen, demonstrating the ability to identify how you can add value from an insurance and risk perspective to large corporate clients. Your drive and motivation will allow you to adapt well into a diverse and growing team. Progression towards ACII would be advantageous What you'll get in returnYou'll be offered a competitive salary of up to £100,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package. You'll receive support from Directors and be given the opportunity to manage your own accounts independently.
