We are seeking an experienced European Commercial Director to lead our commercial strategy across Europe. As a senior leadership position, you will develop and execute business plans to expand market presence, increase revenue, and strengthen relationships within the retail, QSR, and foodservice channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the commercial strategy for Europe, aligning with the company's global objectives.
  • Oversee operations across retail, QSR, and foodservice channels, ensuring optimal performance and growth.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Foster a high-performance culture, providing mentorship and development opportunities for the team.
Requirements
  • Sales/Commercial Director experience within the food/drink industry.
  • European experience of leading a commercial team.
  • Customer experience across retail, QSR & foodservice channels.
  • Ability to demonstrate significant growth in accounts throughout their career.
  • Regular travel to the European headquarters in London and across Europe to the team.
