Commercial Account Executive

As a Commercial Account Executive at FIXR, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our top-tier clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with senior personnel within the organiser base, understanding their business requirements, and educating them on how FIXR can support their success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to drive account growth and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients to improve their event management and ticketing processes
- Manage and resolve client queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Consistently report on account performance and forecast future growth opportunities
- 5+ years of experience in account management or customer success with a focus on commercially driven targets
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and ability to analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work at various levels within the client's organization
- Highly organized and analytical, with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to travel internationally (up to 20% of the time)
