Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls and providing prompt and professional assistance to callers.Handling service calls and addressing customer inquiries or issues efficiently.Receiving and processing orders via phone and email, ensuring accurate and timely entry.Managing filing systems to ensure proper organisation and easy retrieval of documents.Entering purchase orders (POs) into the system accurately to facilitate efficient procurement.Assisting with credit control tasks, including monitoring and chasing pending payments.Inputting orders into the system promptly and accurately to enable smooth order fulfilment.Proficiently utilising Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word, for data management and report generation.Delivering exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.Thriving in a proactive work environment, taking initiative to identify and address potential challenges before they arise.

Requirements:
