Location: Hybrid working (WFH/Minimum 1 day a week in Holborn office but with flexibility to work at principal’s home in Chelsea as and when required)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Assistant to support a prominent Sustainability Campaigner and former CEO . This role is ideal for those accustomed to working at C-Suite level and used to managing demanding schedules.

 

Key Responsibilities:

o Provide high-level support to the principal, managing a heavily committed schedule.

o Prepare concise briefings and ensure thorough preparation for each meeting.

o Ability to lead internal team meetings working with a team of five.

o Manage complex travel schedules, including frequent international trips and multi-country visits.

o Handle all travel logistics, flights, hotels, transfers, visas

o Liaising with family members and working closely with the family’s private PA to coordinate personal and family-related activities.

o Communicate effectively via WhatsApp and email.

o Maintain and update the principal’s contacts regularly.

o Manage receipts, recharges, and other administrative tasks.

o Happy to provide support during out-of-hours, especially when the principal is traveling.

o Anticipate the principal’s needs and think ahead to ensure smooth running of day to day.

o Involve team members as necessary, always keeping the bigger picture in mind.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 7+ years’ experience at a similar level, including board-level support.

• Comfortable supporting both C-Suite and small start-up/family-style environments.

• Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to manage autonomously without immediate answers.

• Highly proactive, always thinking a few weeks ahead.

• Experience dealing with large corporations and government bodies.

• Skilled in managing schedules across multiple time zones.

• IT savvy (Proficient in Mac and MS Office) and proficient in various communication tools.

 

Ideal Candidate:

• Location Flexibility: Ideally London-based, with the ability to work at the principal’s home in Chelsea as required.

• Passion for Sustainability: Genuine interest in climate change and sustainability, with a track record of involvement in relevant initiatives.

• Professional Resilience: Ability to handle a dynamic and demanding work environment with resilience and adaptability.

• Team Collaboration: Experience in collaborating with a small team, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
