The Payroll Services Team are passionate, highly organised and pride themselves on providing outstanding transactional payroll support to approximately 3,000 colleagues and managers across the PIB Group, in a high volume, fast paced environment. The role requires excellent attention to detail and exceptional customer service and proven experience of payroll.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management oftheend-to-endpayroll processing for multiple payrollsto ensure smooth running of the payroll function.
- Contribute to the training and development of the payroll team, guiding them and tailoring training plans to fit the purpose.
- Assist the Group Payroll Services Manager to assess long term payroll trends.
- Prepareand complete audits and reportingwhen due.
- Liaising with high-levelstakeholders andmanagement.
- Handle and resolve payroll queriesin a timely mannerand with care.
- Revise and process auto-enrolmentfor our companypensionscheme.
- Oversee our annualP11Dprocess andsubmissionsto HMRC.
- Analyse,processand reportonGender Pay Gap.
- Revise the teams Standing Operating Practices (SOPs) to ensure their actions reflect the written processes,current legislation, and the new HR and Payroll system.
