**The Role**: Assistant Management Accountant

PIB Group has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Management Accountant to join our growing finance team based in Retford. To excel in this role, it is desirable to have previous experience working in a central finance function. However, if you have a strong desire to work in such an environment and possess relevant financial qualifications or are working towards one, you are encouraged to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce quality monthly management information for delegated division.
- Support with ad-hoc financial data queries.
- Maintain quality audit trail and records to support the financial accounts of the entities.
- Work with external and internal audit as required around account production and the control environment.
- Work collaboratively across the Financial Control management team to deliver the wider business service.

**Experience**:

- Working towards or desire to work towards a financial qualification
- Experience working in a financial services central finance function is desirable but not essential
- Good communication skills
- Data manipulation from multiple sources
- Experience using excel
