Human Resources Administrator

The People Services Team is part of the Group People Operations function, providing payroll, ER, and people support across all PIB Group businesses. This role involves offering support to approximately 4,000 colleagues and Managers across the PIB Group in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of attention to detail and an excellent standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for handling all People Services queries and administration.
- Carry out new starter administration, including offer letters, contracts, and set up on the People system.
- Issue onboarding information to new starters and associated administrative processes via our webonboarding portal.
- Maintain employee files and records, ensuring compliance with Company, legislative, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with the Payroll Services team regarding new starters, leavers, and contract variations, and generate individual correspondence as necessary.
- Administer company benefits via Zeus and ensure details are passed to the People Benefits Coordinator for action and tracking.
- Provide administrative support for benefit changes and other related tasks.
